Sat 18th October: When there are no words - Michael Tinker

Description

Join us for an evening with Michael Tinker

There are not many experiences in life that everyone shares, but the death of a loved one is likely to be one of them. Because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, Christians have a hope beyond the grave; but this doesn’t make bereavement and grief easy.

On Saturday October 18th, the singer/songwriter Michael J Tinker will be at Carey chapel performing his album, ‘When There Are No Words’, helping us to reflect on love and grief, as well as pointing to the hope that Christians have.

This will be a really helpful event for people of all faiths and none; bereavement is a universal experience, and one where so many of us recognise our need for help and hope.

Saturday 18th October, 7-9pm, Carey Baptist Church, Carey Street, Reading RG1 7JS
