Jamie was born in Luton and grew up in Dunstable. He studied 3D Design at university and worked designing insulated shipping systems. Following studies at London Theological Seminary, he spent a year as a trainee minister at Dunstable Baptist Church. After two years as assistant minister at Carey, Jamie was appointed Church Evangelist in April 2009. Jamie is married to Clare and they have a daughter, Marin and a son, Harrison.
